- Format : MP4 or MOV files preferred.
- Orientation : Landscape mode is recommended, but portrait is acceptable.
- Background : A quiet, well-lit environment with minimal distractions is encouraged.
- Audio : Speak clearly and avoid background noise. If possible, include captions or subtitles.
- Video : Should upload the video to an online platform such as Dropbox, YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, etc.
- Language : If English is not your first language, you may use your native language, but please provide subtitles in English or attach a transcript.
- Duration : Maximum 2-minute video
