David Niyitanga, from Rwanda, is a dedicated professional in community resilience building, specialised in climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental conservation, food security, and social protection. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, specializing in Environmental Economics and Natural Resources Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics. With more than five years of experience in project management, policy advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and participatory action research, David has worked with both national and international civil societies organizations in Rwanda. He has actively participated in volunteer initiatives and civic leadership at local, national and international programs. David is passionate about fostering innovation and social cohesion, and is committed to creating dynamic environments that empower individuals to realize their full potential while advancing sustainable and inclusive development.
